We want you to shop with peace of mind. These are the cancellation, return and warranty conditions for Solare Iluminações products.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) days of receipt, under Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/90). The period starts on the date the carrier delivers the product to the address in your order.
To be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. Once the item is received and inspected by Solare, the refund is issued within 2 (two) business days.

All Solare products carry a 12 (twelve) month warranty against manufacturing defects, identified under normal intended use and with proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
For international deliveries, exchange, return and warranty conditions are agreed with our customer service according to the destination country.
